FAQS... THE 411... AND ALL THAT...

What are your hours?: We are available for space rental 7 days a week... 9am until 8pm.
Where are you located?: Our address is 4472 Mt. Carmel - Tobasco Road. Cincinnati, OH 45244. Eastside Rentals is located at McIntire Photography. We have ample on site parking.
Do you accept reservations?: You MUST reserve your space ahead of time. All rental fees must be paid at the time of booking. Thank you.
What payment options do you accept?: We accept most major credit cards.
Do you have a cancellation policy?: There are no cancellations. However, if you wish to reschedule... 48 hours notice is required.
How much does it cost to reserve a space?: $35 to $50 an hour per studio space.
Can I get a tour beforehand?: Yes, you sure can. Reach out to us and let's schedule a time for you to stop by.
Can I bring my pets?: No... Sorry... We love our pets too! Exceptions may be made with prior consent of studio management.... based on allergies, time of session, etc.
Is there time before or after our rental period for set up or clean up?: All set up, tear down, and cleaning should happen within your rented period. Please see management if you need to drop off gear prior to your photo time. Feel free to schedule a tour prior to photo day to become familiar with our space. Last... you must be cleaned up and out of your space at the scheduled time to avoid possible conflicts with anybody else renting space after you. Thank you.
How many people can I bring?: You are allowed to bring up to seven individuals per rental period. If you are planning on a larger group... You must obtain permission from studio management prior to rental day.

Some Simple Rules......

- Representative renting our space must be present for the entire duration of the rental.

- PLEASE respect our studio as you would your own house.

- Rental periods are pre-arranged at the time of booking. Please allow for set up time, stylists, model prep, and ALL clean up. Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of your rental time. Hours may be extended the day of rental only with permission granted by studio management.

- IF YOU RUN OVER INTO THE NEXT RENTAL PERIOD, AND INTO SOMEBODY ELSE'S SESSION.... YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT TIME FRAME + ANY INCURRED COSTS THE NEXT PHOTOGRAPHER MAY HAVE.

- Please leave your space as you found it.... and ready for the next photographer who may be using this space after you. RENTER is financially responsible for any damage or messes made by their clients... that require US to repair or clean.

- Please clean up after cake smashes.

- No smoking or vaping is allowed in the building or within 20ft of any entrance.

- No CANDLES or GLITTER or SMOKE BOMBS please.

- This is a shared professional studio. YOU are responsible for the conduct and welfare of the people you bring to our space. PLEASE educate them on what is expected.

- Parents must supervise their children.
